Delivery & Voyage Support Very Few Can Offer.

Absolute highest priority given to vessel safety and the safety of the crew.

First and foremost each delivery will be crewed to meet manning requirements for your vessel. For vessels that do not have manning requirements, we will have at a minimum a USCG Unlimited Licensed Officer in charge during the voyage, regardless of vessel type, size and h.p. This person shall be highly experienced and very competent in all areas of vessel operation and maritime safety; whenever possible your captain will hold a USCG Unlimited Master's License. This alone speaks volumes of the integrity of our operation. (Ref.s, CV, & Work History will be provided for each member on the delivery team).

We use such highly qualified personnel for very good reason. Many modern vessels are outfitted with high-tech Vessel Management Systems, Engine Control Systems, Dynamic Positioning Systems, Bridge Navigation and Communication Systems that are integrated throughout. Many large yachts are also carrying similar systems to that of a commercial ship which in design and operation are considered icons of luxury and performance with extremely high values. For this reason we offer a truly professional delivery and voyage support service. Each officer working with us will be dedicated to upholding the highest standards to which the Professional U.S. Maritime Industry is known so well for.

Please read our commitment to you, and what you can expect from our delivery teams.

Every vessel will undergo auditing. Our audit will bring a tremendous amount of value to your operation. No matter how long the voyage is. The longer the voyage the more detailed the audit will be. We work continuously throughout the voyage in order to give you as much detailed information as possible. The inspections will be prioritized first by safety regulations, then by owners request and through the appropriate governing body's requirements of the vessels type. (USCG, ABS, DNV, Flag State & Coast State regulations etc...)

Audits are extremely detailed.

Auditing and review of current preventative maintenance schedules (if available) include complete inspection of vessel such as Hull, Machinery, Electronics, Plumbing; you name it we look at it. Rest assured we leave no stone unturned and focus on our reporting so that you will have a completely professional record of vessel condition upon delivery which will give your regular crew great guidance in the future maintenance needs of the vessel. Saving time and money near and long term.

Security audits can be preformed during transit and upon arrival for any facility world wide, by an officer formally trained and experienced as a Ship's Security Officer.

Timely delivery is planned from the start (Pre-departure) A very thorough voyage plan will be sent to the vessel representative. Voyage planning will outline the voyage and exact time of arrival. Continued reporting to vessel representative and AMVER/SEAS along the route is made mandatory when vessel communications systems allow.

Reporting during voyage is directed to owner, broker or vessel representative. Report includes items such as: ETA; Propulsion output vs. Fuel ratios; Distance to go; Distance traveled; Equipment performance; Weather. (Special notations on expectations for the remainder of the voyage, to include and not limited to: Weather; Seas; Currents; Port calls - bunkering/fueling; Vessel performance/equipment etc...)

If your intention is to use the final audit as a formal survey please let us know and we will provide you with a separate report that will be more acceptable for insurance and finance companies due to the extreme detail of the original report. Most people requesting a survey do not need that much detail. We can provide you with a pre-purchase survey, insurance survey, or appraisal where we give a comparison market analysis for any given geographical location. A vessel haul or shipyard dry-docking will have to be arranged for inspection of vessel exterior below the water line, condition of coatings, fiberglass, steel, or wooden hull construction, running gear/thruster wells/tunnels etc.

(Please note, that we do not offer hull bottom cleaning for any size vessel. This can be arranged through the yard that may be hauling the vessel. If you let us know, we will be happy to schedule this for you. Also, we do not offer vessel repair services, though we are qualified to perform many repairs, we will make only those repairs deemed necessary by the Officer In Charge to maintain the safety and integrity of the vessel during the voyage). We retain the right to act according to traditional maritime ethics and regulation, to suspend any voyage due to unsafe conditions with regards to the most common but not limited to weather, and vessel condition until the situation is cured or the risk is deemed to be As Low As Reasonably Possible.

The most dependable & professional delivery available.

Final delivery report geared to give fresh insight to the integrity of your vessel and operation
